The Albanian-Belgian soprano is at home at some of the most renowned stages, such as the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie, the Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg, the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, the Teatro Solis in Montevideo, the Flemish Opera in Antwerp and Ghent, the Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège and the Bregenzer Festspiele Festival.

For the 2023/2024 season she sang the title role of Lady Macbeth of Macbeth by Verdi the Landestheater Coburg under the musical direction of Daniel Carter and stage director Neil Barry Moss.

She sang the title role Madama Butterfly (Puccini) at Opera Vlaanderen in Antwerp and Ghent in Belgium in September and October 2024, staged by Mariano Pensotti.

A new composition opera “Barzakh” from composer Osama Abdulrasol she sang the title role in november at Opera Vlaanderen Ghent conducted by Zoe Zeniodi, staged by Thomas Bellinck.

She will sing the title role as Madame Bovary, a world premiere opera at Théâtre de la Monnaie in april 2025 composed by Harold Noben, directed by Michael de Cock and Carme Portacelli, conducted by Debora Waldman.

She began her varied education by studying violin (University of Tirana) and singing at the Royal Conservatory of Amsterdam, which she continued at the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Granada. She also earned a master's degree in violin and singing from the Conservatoire Supérieur Royal of Brussels, Belgium.

One of the highlights of her career was the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor stage director by Carme Portacelli, under the musical direction of Ouri Bronchti with the orchestra of Théâtre de la Monnaie, with whom she went on tour in Belgium, Spain, France and Amsterdam in 2023 and she will perform again in Paris in april and may 2025.

Ana Naqe appeared as Dulcinea/Aldonza in L'Homme de la Mancha (Wasserman, Leigh, Darion) between 2018 and 2021 a production of Théâtre de la Monnaie and KVS (revived at the Théâtre du Châtelet).

The soprano received critical acclaim for her interpretation of Klara Friis, the lead role in the opera We the Drowned at the Oerol Festival in the Netherlands and the Marstal Festival in Denmark.

In summer 2022 she stepped in for the leading role Stephana in Giordano's Siberia at the Bregenzer Festspiele Festival.

In the summer of 2023, she performed as Medea (Cherubini) and Elettra (Mozart's Idomeneo) at the Opera Kameralna Warsaw Tribute to Maria Callas gala as part of the 32nd Mozart Festival.

On the stage in Coburg, Ana Naqe was seen alongside Lady Macbeth as Donna Anna (Don Giovanni), Hanna Glawari (The Merry Widow) and Gutrune in (Götterdämmerung).

La soprano albanaise-belge est à l'aise sur certaines des scènes les plus renommées, comme le Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie, le Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg, le Théâtre du Châtelet à Paris, le Teatro Solis de Montevideo, l'Opéra flamand d'Anvers et Gand, l'Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège et le Bregenzer Festspiele Festival.

Outre de nombreuses apparitions sur les scènes lyriques internationales, elle donne de nombreux concerts en tant que chanteuse passionnée de lieds (Concert Hall d'Amsterdam, Palais des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles, Festival de la Chaise-Dieu en France).

Pour la saison 2023/2024, elle est membre de l'ensemble du Landestheater Coburg, où elle fera notamment ses débuts dans le rôle de Lady Macbeth (Verdi) sous la direction musicale de Daniel Carter et du metteur en scène Neil Barry Moss.

Die albanisch-belgische Sopranistin ist an einigen der renommiertesten Bühnen zu Hause, so z.B. an der Opéra Royal de la Monnaie, dem Grand Théâtre du Luxembourg, dem Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, dem Teatro Solis in Montevideo, der Vlaamse Opera, der Opéra Royal de Wallonie-Liège und den Bregenzer Festspielen.

Neben zahlreichen Auftritten auf internationalen Opernbühnen bestritt sie als passionierte Liedsängerin eine Vielzahl an Konzerten (Konzerthaus Amsterdam, Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brüssel, das Festival de la Chaise-Dieu in Frankreich).

Für die Spielzeit 2023/2024 ist sie Ensemblemitglied am Landestheater Coburg, wo sie unter anderem in der Rolle der Lady Macbeth (Verdi) unter der musikalischen Leitung von Daniel Carter und in der Inszenierung von Neil Barry Moss debütiert.
